Spread out the concealer with your finger to attend white lips.
Powder your lips for a longer stay.
Start drawing your lips and filling them with a burgundy lip liner, don't forget the little V in the middle of your lips for the 20's style!
And for a final touch apply lipstick in the same color as your lip liner.
